Why shop with us:

  • Free shipping available on Canadian orders over $125.00 (conditions apply). We currently do not provide free shipping to the territories of Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.

Your parcel will remain available for pickup for 7 business days from the day you receive your email confirmation that your order is available for pick-up.

*Please note that due to high volume, our current processing time is longer than usual and it may take a little longer for your item to arrive.

SPLIT SHIPPING

We offer split shipping to make it easy for customers who want to purchase both our main collection items and Bulk Items in the same order.

Items from our main collections qualify for free shipping across Canada once your cart reaches $125.00.

When an order includes both collection items and Bulk Items:

  • Collection items will ship for free if the total cart is $125.00 or more.
  • Bulk Items will still have shipping fees applied, regardless of the order total.

RESTRICTED SHIPPING TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

Gaddo Naturals does not ship orders to a P.O. Box address, there is no exception. Orders placed using a P.O. Box address will be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment. CANADIAN SHIPPING

The cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order, except for bulk orders.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-3 days to be processed.

We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.

U.S.A. & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for any duties that may be charged by US and international customs.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Standard Shipping in Canada only. 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping addresses provided are correct and free of errors. Providing incorrect shipping addresses may result in a delay in receiving your order. Gaddo Naturals will confirm the address received with the relevant shipper/courier. If an error is identified our team will attempt to contact the customer to confirm the address provided. Gaddo Naturals cannot re-call orders that are shipped or request the shipper/courier to divert orders to another address. A new order will have to be placed to receive an order at the correct address. If an incorrect address is used please contact us at info@gaddonaturals.com before your order is shipped for our team to assist you to correct the shipping address.
