Q: How do I store Gaddo Naturals products?
A: Store in a cool dry and dark place, tightly sealed, away from direct sunlight. Proper storage will extend the life span of each product.
Q: How does your local pick up option work?
A: At checkout you can select the pick-up option in Scarborough, Ontario, this option is FREE. You will receive a notification usually within two business days notifying you your order is ready for pick up with the full address provided. Please pick up your order within seven business day.
Q: Why is Gaddo Naturals a member of the Global Shea Alliance?
A: Gaddo Naturals is a member of the Global Shea Alliance to maintain high quality standards of the raw materials/products sourced in West Africa.
Q: What is the Global Shea Alliance?
A: The Global Shea Alliance is a non-profit industry association including women's groups, brands and retailers, suppliers and NGOs. Through public-private partnership, the GSA promotes industry sustainability, quality practices and standards, and demand for shea in food and cosmetics.

Q: What is split shipping?
A: Split shipping allows you to place an order that includes both our main collection items and Bulk Items. These categories can ship together or separately due to differences in weight and handling.
Q: What happens if I order both collection items and Bulk Items?
A: If your total cart is $100.00 or more, your collection items will ship for free, and shipping charges will only apply to the Bulk Items.
Q: Do Bulk Items ever qualify for free shipping?
A: No. Bulk Items do not qualify for free shipping and will always have shipping fees applied.
Q: Why are Bulk Items charged separate shipping fees?
A: Bulk Items are heavier, require special packaging, and have higher carrier costs. Charging separate shipping ensures we can offer fair pricing on all products.
Q: How can I get the best value on shipping?
A: To maximize savings, you can add collection items with Bulk Item purchases to reduce overall shipping costs.
Q: Do you have a store I can shop at in person?
A: Gaddo Naturals offers pick-up in Scarborough, ON and shipping, there is no in-person shopping at this time. Connect with us at info@gaddonaturals.com if you have questions about products listed on our website.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Returns are accepted for unused products in original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Gift Cards are final sale. Bulk Orders will incur a 35% restocking fee.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
Q: What shipping companies do you use to ship orders?
A: The most common carriers we ship with is Canada Post, regional carriers throughout Canada, UPS and USPS depending on location and delivery times.
